An hourglass in a four-post frame, sand caught mid-fall: a full upper chamber, a single-module stream through the waist, a growing cone below. The stream is the whole icon — one module wide, it is the smallest possible way to say that time is passing.

Every icon in the set is generated by voxel-icon, an agent skill for GPT Image 2: one coarse module grid, one palette family per shape, so a new subject drops into an existing screen without re-styling anything around it. The Hourglass icon ships in a native palette and a directed one (Lagoon Gold) — the same geometry, recoloured, so you can pick the one that sits better against your background. The pool it comes from is at 1100 icons and grows on its own.
